【Construction Instructions】
Dilution: 5-10% (deionized water).
Coating method: air spraying or electrostatic bell spraying.
Baking conditions: Before high temperature curing, it is necessary to ensure that the dehydration rate is ≥85%, and the pre-dehydration treatment is generally 80°C ×10min.
Detergent: Special detergent.
Environmental requirements: temperature 25±2°C, humidity 65±5%RH
Precautions: Do not allow paint to remain in paint pipes, spray guns or spraying equipment.
Cleaning: Rinse all equipment thoroughly with detergent.
【Matching】Electrophoresis primer or other types of primer (medium coat).
