    In the Huojia gathering area, high-rise buildings stand tall as key projects are under rapid construction. After restructuring, the Huojia gathering area has entered a new phase; in terms of system integration, it has merged with Xigong District. The responsibilities of committee members have increased significantly; however, this new system has boosted morale and motivation.

Although rooted in Huojia, they are long-term suppliers for international companies such as Bosch Rexroth (Germany), Volvo Trucks (VOLVO), and American Axle Manufacturing (AAM).

    In an over 20,000 square meter constant temperature and humidity processing zone equipped with more than 120 top international precision machine tools, company leaders say that decades of deep cultivation in the gear industry along with high-precision equipment ensure first-class product quality. They customize high-end parts for high-end clients ensuring an annual output value exceeding one billion yuan.

    Another equipment manufacturing enterprise in the gathering area, Huaxi Technology (stock code: 872895), has recently gained favor from capital markets due to its outstanding growth potential and is expected to soon become Huojia's first listed company on Beijing Stock Exchange. The company mainly engages in research and development as well as production sales of series bundling machinery and silage round bale processing units. Its semi-annual report for 2021 shows revenue of ¥102207034.15, an increase of 46.16% year-on-year; net profit was ¥22881745.33, an increase of 42.22% year-on-year.

    Like these two companies above, in recent years Huojia has formed clusters in various sub-sectors within equipment manufacturing including agricultural machinery manufacturing, low/high voltage electrical appliances, mechanical processing, automotive parts etc., currently housing over 70 enterprises with more than 29 above-scale enterprises. Dacheng Packaging, Xinli Industry, and Tengfei Paper are leading positions domestically in new packaging materials; Futai Machinery, Ruifeng Machinery and Hengda Technology lead nationally in traditional agricultural machinery fields such as non-shake starters and peanut shellers; Aomei Electric Appliances leads development direction within low/high voltage electrical industries; Shenkun Machinery along with aerospace mechanical companies like Hanghong Aerospace Machinery are thriving within aerospace fields as well as automotive parts sectors.

    Modern chemical industry accumulates potential energy

    At the management committee office of Huojia gathering area stands prominently a sign for Henan Province Paint Association which is based here due to Huojia's complete modern chemical industrial foundation.

    Currently modern chemical industries have clustered around leading enterprises like Zhongxin Chemical and Jintian Chemical forming an industrial chain where Baohua Resin Co., Kebang Chemical Co., Jinzheng Biological Co., Jinfeng Chemical Co., Haiguang New Materials among others have successively completed production lines totaling fifteen coating chemical enterprises whose products including methanol，ethylene glycol，melamine，and water-based coatings cover entire coating industrial chains.

(Zhongxin Chemical) controlled by Henan Energy & Chemical Holdings occupies an area of about550 acres with total investment reaching ¥5 billion making it one of our province's larger methanol & ethylene glycol leading enterprises which actively promotes capacity filling projects aiming at doubling output value across entire park through investments exceeding ¥500 million ensuring full-load production post-project completion while also rapidly advancing projects like a synthetic ammonia project producing ten thousand tons or twenty thousand tons butanol supply project among others which upon completion will drive nearly ¥10 billion worth output value.

    (Henan Jinfeng Chemical Co.) established a modern factory covering over seventy acres with building space reaching sixteen thousand square meters within Huojia as one backbone enterprise within our province’s paint industry.

    (Currently) The company has obtained eighteen national patents along with multiple technical reserves while being approved for establishing New Xiang City Environmental Protection Industrial Paint Engineering Technology Research Center during2021 while also undertaking preparatory tasks for Henan Province Environmental Protection Industrial Paint Engineering Technology Research Center.

    (Chairman Liu Shuai Jie) stated: “The low VOC water-based cleaning agents produced by Jinfeng Chemical are promoted within automobile factories reducing VOC emissions by over eighty percent while water-based industrial paints find mature applications within agricultural machinery sectors alongside automotive parts reducing VOC emissions by over seventy percent setting examples for green development across industries.”
