On the 28th of the month, Xie Songmin, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary-General, and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, led responsible comrades from the Municipal Party Committee Office, Municipal Market Supervision Administration, and Municipal Emergency Management Bureau to conduct research in Huojia County on work related to production safety, food safety, and ensuring supply and stabilizing prices. County Party Secretary Zhao Mingjun, Deputy County Party Secretary Zhang Yudong, Standing Committee Member and Executive Deputy County Head Yan Lei, and Deputy County Head Xu Yongfa also participated in the research.

           Xie Songmin then visited Henan Jin Feng Chemical Co., Ltd., carefully inspecting the operation and maintenance of fire safety facilities and equipment, safety inspection records, and standardized management in production areas. He detailed the implementation of various safety production measures. He emphasized the need to firmly establish a safety development concept with a sense of responsibility that is 'always on guard', strictly implement the requirements of 'three managements and three musts', effectively carry out all aspects of production safety work, and comprehensively enhance the level of production safety management. It is essential to strengthen local management responsibilities and departmental supervision responsibilities while highlighting corporate main responsibilities. Safety hazard investigations should be conducted accurately and regularly to firmly maintain a bottom line for safety.
